Artist in focus – Kartik Khandekar.

A 21-year-old Graphic Designer from Jabalpur (M.P.), Kartik is currently studying Communication Design in Pune.

His journey with art began through digital photography. “when slowly I started to get better with my compositions, I realized, I could also be exploring more of it by trying out a different medium.”

Kartik expresses his thoughts through abstract compositions on paper. However, his biggest forte is conceptualizing artworks, and executing them through digital mediums.
“I got into Graphic Designing with great influence of minimalism and the idea of changing my perspective as an artist. Currently experimenting with typography, I aspire my art to be understood by everyone.”

His work on these posters ‘2020 is a Glitch’, is inspired by the events that have unfolded around the world in 2020.
